High-speed multi-axis gantry system

This versatile adaptable gantry for overhead applications is freely configurable in number of axes, size and drive from the standard stages of the PLT series. Three or more customer-specific processing heads, cameras, sensors, etc. can be adapted to the enhanced traverse.

Three freely configurable axes on the crosshead for individual all overhead applications

High throughput due to travels of 500 x 700 x 100 mm, expandable to 1000 mm

Outstanding high repeatability up to 0.4 µm

Uncoupling between the gantry axes and the crosshead for easy controllability via motor encoders and avoidance of overdetermination

Optionally expandable:

Expansion with additional Z-axes for integration of further processing heads, cameras or sensors
Equipment with linear motors for speeds up to 2000 mm/s
Adaptation of the traverse paths for the production area
