XYZ positioning system for 3D printing, assembly and inspection tasks
This compact and highly dynamic 3-axis system is specially designed for 3D printing of fragile substrates.
The customized print head on Z-axis moves extremely fast over the substrates. Due to the large traverse paths up to 600 mm, high volumes can be achieved. For custom applications, the system can be adapted for a variety of carrier formats, samples and environmental conditions, each according to requirements. The gantry design makes it easy to integrate into cycle lines and to line up several such gantries.

This axis system is both fast and accurate. You benefit from higher productivity, lower maintenance costs and can approach smaller and thus more positions per part or sample carrier. It thus meets a wide range of production requirements for the high throughput of most formats such as slides, microtiters, wafers and a variety of carriers. With special lubrication and adapted particle traps, this universal gantry can be adapted for use in the pharmaceutical industry, medical technology or for clean rooms.
