Universal, modular XYZ infeed axis

The linear axis has been designed as a universal axis module. It is used as a high performance component for multi-axis systems or gantry systems and achieves high speed thanks to its dynamic linear motor.

  • Flexibly combinable to powerful multi-axis systems
  • High repeatability up to 0.4 µm
  • High dynamics at speeds up to 1000 mm/s
  • Suitable for frequent start-stop phases with accelerations up to 20 m/s2
  • Flexible travels from 250 – 750 mm
