Rotary Stages

Rotary stages are able to precisely position probes and components at a defined angle. To do so, they are equipped with an optimum drive and measuring system according to the application. Our rotary stages have been developed to match our linear, micro and lifting stages. They can be easily combined to form complex multi-axis systems and controlled using our FMC series motion controllers. Our different rotary stages are used especially for applications in metrology or in laser technology- selected models can also be used for applications in research and development.
