Angle Measuring System
Angle measuring systems are used in rotary stages and guarantee high repeatability.
As well as rotary measuring systems the individual increments are applied on a disc. A reading head detects the individual increments to collect and process the motion of the positioning system. The associated controller is able to control the stage. Also in this measuring system either inductive or optical measuring heads are used.
