High-dynamic XY linear stage combination

The XY positioning system of the PLT240 series combines two high-performance linear stages into a highly dynamic and precise XY motion platform. The iron-core linear motors enable high accelerations and velocities, while the integrated linear scale ensures excellent repeatability and positioning accuracy. The robust profile rail guides provide stable and reliable operation even in demanding industrial environments.

Travel: 600 × 300 mm or 750 × 400 mm

High dynamics up to 1185 mm/s with up to 0.4 µm accuracy

Max. acceleration: 14–16 m/s² for fast motion cycles

High stability thanks to profile rail guides on both axes
