Another torturing device for ball screw drives. Up to 125 kN are loaded onto the spindle being tested. The load can be varied during testing, even load reversal is possible. The unique set-up provides real efficiency measurement by measuring directly the reaction torque at the ball screw not with a combined torque / force sensor.
