XY-Z Split Axes Systems

The kinematic concept is based on an XY positioning system with a suspended Z axis, in which the Z axis is mounted on the traverse and operates independently of the XY motion. This architecture enables rigid, modular laboratory setups and allows the flexible use of interchangeable process or sensor heads. The functional separation of motions results in a structurally simpler and more transparent system compared to conventional gantry designs.
