You can call our service department Monday to Friday 7 a.m. - 2 p.m. (CET). If you would like to send us your system for a check or maintenance, we will organize it for you.
In the event of a complaint or repair our service team will be happy to help you. Please contact our employees before returning any of our products. You will receive an RMA number as soon as possible.

- inspection and maintenance with generation of a test protocol
- remeasurement of reproducibility, positioning accuracy, pitch, yaw, flatness and straightness with documentation of the measured values according to the specifications of our product documentation
