Stepper Motor
The stepper motor is ideally suited for applications with low forces and low speed.
It can generate a high torque at low speeds. The motor type is simple and value for money in its design and, depending on the application, also comes without an additional measurement system. Due to the construction with a toothed rotor with a permanent magnet, it has a holding torque and runs with latching and is noisy at the same time. It provides limited acceleration and speed.
