Ironless Dynamic Linear Motor
The iron-less dynamic linear motor provides higher speeds in comparison to an iron-core dynamic linear motor.
Conversely, it is suitable for medium loads only. There are no transverse forces. This is a contact-less drive without detent torque which ensures highly uniform running. Overall, this motor type is very simple in construction and has low level of efficiency. The cooling of the motor can be realised via a small air gap.
