DC-Motor

DC motors are ideally suited for applications with high speeds and low torques.

Their control is simple and value for money as they are designed for small forces and low voltages. For positioning tasks, the motors must also be equipped with a measurement system or encoder. Its highly compact design makes it appealing for integrated designs. With the DC motor, the coil serves as the rotor and the magnet as the stator. It has mechanical commutation.
