The MP200-3 combines three lead screw drives forming a tripod. Correction movements of up to 5 mm and tilt up to ± 3 degrees are possible. The manipulator its intended for use in combination with an XY stage, but can also used on its own.

Microscopy stage with 100 mm travel, aperture 150 mm, 0.5 µm repeatability, 7 kg load

KT310-DC

Universal XY precision stage with 200 mm travel, 0.5 µm repeatability, 11 kg load
