The system consists of two linear stages PLT320 (X and Y Axes), a lifting stage HT160 (Z Axis) and a rotary stage DT200 (Phi Axis).

Both linear stages are driven by dynamic linear motors, rotary stage and lifting stage with DC motors.

Rotary stage with very flat design. For this reason versatile combinations are possible. Driven by a DC motor.

HT160-DC

Lifting stage with low height for versatile using possibilities. Driven by a DC motor.

HT160-SM

Lifting stage with low height for versatile using possibilities. Driven by a stepper motor.

PLT320-AC

Heavy duty linear stage, 300 - 1000 mm travel, 2 µm repeatability, 310 kg load

PLT320-DLM

Heavy load linear stage, 300 - 1500 mm travel, 0.4 µm repeatability, 310 kg load

PLT320-SM

Heavy duty linear stage, 300 - 1000 mm travel, 3.9 µm repeatability, 310 kg load
