Repair, Maintenance and Complaints

You can call our service department Monday to Friday 8am to 2pm.
If you would like to send us your system for a check or maintenance, we are happy to organize this for you.

We provide a hotline number to process repairs and organize support services. If you want to return systems, please contact our service staff.  They will provide you with a RMA number and coordinate the further organizational process as well as a schedule. If you want to inquire about the status of previously submitted repairs and complaints, then please also contact the service staff.

We offer some advanced services around our products.

  • Check with new delivery protocol or status protocol
  • Check and maintenance with new delivery protocol
  • Re-measuring of reproducibility, accuracy, pitch, yaw, straightness and flatness with documentation of the measuring values as value, diagram or file
  • Calibration of overhead wire gages with new certificate
