Repair, Maintenance and Complaints

You can call our service department Monday to Friday 7 a.m. - 2 p.m. (CET). If you would like to send us your system for a check or maintenance, we are happy to organize this for you.

In the event of a complaint or repair our service team will be happy to help you. Please contact our employees before returning any of our products. You will receive an RMA number as soon as possible.

 

We are glad to offer you following services:

  • repair of products
  • service operations and commissioning across Germany
  • inspection and maintenance with a new delivery protocol
  • remeasurement of reproducibility, accuracy, pitch, yaw, flatness and straightness with documentation of the measured values
